Decree No. 49/2007/NĐ-CP adjusts administrative boundaries of communes and wards to establish new units in Bình Long, Phước Long, Bù Đăng Districts and Đồng Xoài City, Province of Bình Phước. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Minister of Interior and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province,
DECREE:
Clause 4 of Article 6Adjusting the administrative boundaries of communes and wards to establish new communes and wards in the districts of Binh Long, Phuoc Long, Bu Dang, and Dong Xoai town, Province of Binh Phuoc as follows:
1. Establishing Tan Thien ward under Dong Xoai town based on adjusting 360 hectares of natural area and 8,664 population from Tan Xuan ward.
Tan Thien ward has 360 hectares of natural area and 8,664 population.
Administrative boundary of Tan Thien ward: East borders Dong Tien commune and Tan Phuoc commune, Dong Phu district; West borders Tan Binh ward; South borders Tan Xuan ward; North borders Tan Dong ward.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Tan Thien ward:
Tan Xuan ward remains with 998 hectares of natural area and 9,046 population.
Dong Xoai town has 8 subordinate administrative units, including wards: Tan Xuan, Tan Thien, Tan Binh, Tan Phu, Tan Dong and communes: Tien Thanh, Tien Hung, Tan Thanh.
2. Establishing Minh Tam commune under Binh Long district based on adjusting 7,369 hectares of natural area and 5,132 population from Minh Duc commune.
Minh Tam commune has 7,369 hectares of natural area and 5,132 population.
Administrative boundary of Minh Tam commune: East borders Thanh Binh commune; West borders Tan Hoa commune, Tan Chau district, Tay Ninh province; South borders Minh Duc commune; North borders An Phu commune.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Minh Tam commune:
Minh Duc commune remains with 5,290 hectares of natural area and 4,855 population.
Binh Long district has 15 subordinate administrative units, including communes: Thanh An, An Khuong, Thanh Binh, Tan Khai, Dong No, Tan Hiep, Minh Duc, Minh Tam, Tan Loi, Phuoc An, Tan HUNG, Thanh LUONG, Thanh PHU, An Phu and An Loc town.
3. Establishing Binh Son commune under Phuoc Long district based on adjusting 4,368 hectares of natural area and 7,612 population from Binh Phuoc commune.
Binh Son commune has 4,368 hectares of natural area and 7,612 population.
Administrative boundary of Binh Son commune: East borders Son Giang commune and Phuoc Binh town; West borders Long Binh commune and Long Hung commune; South borders Binh Tan commune; North borders Da Kia commune and Phu Nghia commune.
4. Establishing Binh Tan commune under Phuoc Long district based on 5,804.44 hectares of natural area and 8,699 population remaining from Binh Phuoc commune.
Binh Tan commune has 5,804.44 hectares of natural area and 8,699 population.
Administrative boundary of Binh Tan commune: East borders Phuc Tin commune and Phuoc Binh town; West borders Long Hung commune; South borders Phuc Tin commune and Bu Nho commune; North borders Binh Son commune.
5. Establishing Phu Van commune under Phuoc Long district based on adjusting 8,830 hectares of natural area and 6,904 population from Duc Hạnh commune.
Phu Van commune has 8,830 hectares of natural area and 6,904 population.
Administrative boundary of Phu Van commune: East borders Dak Nau commune and Bom Bo commune, Bu Dang district; West borders Phu Nghia commune; South borders Duc Hạnh commune; North borders Dak O commune, Bu Gia Map commune and Phu Nghia commune.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Phu Van commune:
Duc Hạnh commune remains with 4,420.14 hectares of natural area and 5,381 population.
- Phuoc Long district has 20 subordinate administrative units, including communes: Dak O, Bu Gia Map, Binh Thang, Duc Hạnh, Phu Van, Phu Nghia, Da Kia, Binh Tan, Binh Son, Long Binh, Son Giang, Phuc Tin, Long Hung, Bu Nho, Phu Rieng, Phu Trung, Long Ha and Phuoc Binh town, Son Giang town.
6. Establishing Nghia Binh commune under Bu Dang district based on adjusting 4,818 hectares of natural area and 5,139 population from Nghia Trung commune.
Nghia Binh commune has 4,818 hectares of natural area and 5,139 population.
Administrative boundary of Nghia Binh commune: East borders Thong Nhat commune; West borders Phuc Tin commune, Phuoc Long district; South borders Nghia Trung commune; North borders Duc Lieu commune.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Nghia Binh commune, Nghia Trung commune remains with 8,667.81 hectares of natural area and 7,237 population.
Bu Dang district has 14 subordinate administrative units, including communes: Dak Nau, Minh Hung, Bom Bo, Dong Nai, Tho Son, Phu Son, Dong Ket, Phuc Son, Thong Nhat, Duc Lieu, Nghia Trung, Nghia Binh, Dang Ha and Duc Phong town.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3. The Minister of Interior, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province and the Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
