THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2007/NĐ-CP dated April 10, 2007 of the Government on the application of information technology in state agency activities;
Pursuant to Decision No. 94/2006/QĐ-TTg dated April 27, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the State Administrative Reform Plan for the period 2006-2010;
Pursuant to Decision No. 222/2005/QĐ-TTg dated September 15, 2005 of the Prime Minister approving the Overall Plan for the Development of E-commerce for the period 2006-2010;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of E-commerce and Information Technology and the Head of the Ministry's Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on Providing Online Public Services Managed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Director of the Department of E-commerce and Information Technology, the Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of units under the Ministry, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
