DECISION
Issuing the framework curriculum for intermediate vocational level and higher college vocational level in "Network Management"
MINISTER OF LABOUR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Education Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on framework curricula for intermediate vocational level and higher college vocational level;
Considering the proposal of the Evaluation Council regarding the issuance of the framework curriculum for intermediate vocational level and higher college vocational level in "Network Management";
At the request of the Director General of the Vocational Education Administration,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To issue with this Decision a set of framework curricula for intermediate vocational level and higher college vocational level for the following occupation: "Network Management";
On the basis of these framework curricula, the Principals of colleges of vocational education, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to provide intermediate and higher college vocational training shall determine, organize evaluation and approve their own vocational training programs.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, the Vocational Education Administration, colleges of vocational education, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, universities that have registered to provide intermediate and higher college vocational training for "Network Management" occupation and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
