Pursuant to the Press Law dated December 28, 1989; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Press Law dated June 12, 1999;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 51/2002/NĐ-CP dated April 26, 2002 detailing the implementation of the Press Law; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Press Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
Pursuant to Decision No. 77/2007/QĐ-TTg dated May 28, 2007 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulation on Spokespersonship and Provision of Information to the Press;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Head of the Office, and the Director of the Information Center,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on Spokespersonship and Provision of Information to the Press of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Information and Communications, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
