Regarding the approval of the List of Advanced Technologies Prioritized for Investment and Development and the List of Advanced Technology Products Encouraged for Development
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the High Technology Law dated November 13, 2008;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Science and Technology,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Priority Investment Development High Technology List and the Encouraged Development High Technology Product List (annexed hereto).
Article 2. Based on the economic and social development situation at each period, the Ministry of Science and Technology shall take the lead and coordinate with ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial people's committees under the central government to be responsible for proposing amendments and supplements to the Lists prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision.
Article 3. The Ministry of Science and Technology shall take the lead and coordinate with the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security to submit to the Prime Minister for approval the List of Advanced Technologies Prioritized for Investment and Development and the List of Advanced Technology Products Encouraged for Development that have specific requirements in the fields of security and defense.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect from September 6, 2010.
Article 5. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
