CIRCULAR
Issuing the "Supplementary List of Breeds of Livestock Permitted for Production and Business"

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, and Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Livestock Breed Law No. 16/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Livestock Production Department,
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues the Supplementary List of Breeds of Livestock Permitted for Production and Business in Vietnam,
Article 1. Attached hereto is the Circular on the Supplementary List of Breeds of Livestock Permitted for Production and Business in Vietnam including:
1. Beef breed Bland Blue Belgium (BBB).
2. Semen of beef breed Bland Blue Belgium (BBB).
3. Dominant chicken breed.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from November 10, 2012.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Director of the Animal Health Department, the Head of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
