Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2012/NĐ-CP dated February 16, 2012 of the Government promulgating the Operational Regulations of the Government;

Pursuant to Decree No. 74/2012/NĐ-CP dated September 29, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Government Office;

At the proposal of the Minister, Head of the Government Office;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision supplementing Article 3a of Decision No. 06/2013/QĐ-TTg dated January 24, 2013 of the Prime Minister stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Government Electronic Information Portal.

Article 1. Supplementing Article 3a following Article 3 of Decision No. 06/2013/QĐ-TTg dated January 24, 2013 of the Prime Minister stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Government Electronic Information Portal as follows:

"Article 3a. The financial mechanism of the Government Electronic Information Portal shall implement the financial mechanism of public service units and the regulations for press agencies as prescribed by law."

Article 2. Effective Date

This Decision takes effect from September 20, 2013.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

1. The Government Office shall take the lead and coordinate with the Ministry of Finance to issue Financial Management Regulations for the Government Electronic Information Portal in accordance with Article 1 of this Decision and in compliance with relevant laws.

2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees directly under the central government, General Director of the Government Electronic Information Portal, and related agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
