CIRCULAR
Issuing Economic and Technical Standards for Inland Waterway Survey

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017, issued by the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the request of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Directorate of Inland Waterways of Vietnam,
The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on economic and technical standards for inland waterway survey.
Article 1. This Circular attaches Economic and Technical Standards for Inland Waterway Survey.
Article 2.
1. This Circular takes effect from February 15, 2018.
2. In cases where the legal normative documents serving as the basis and cited in the standards issued together with this Circular are amended, supplemented, or replaced, they shall be applied according to the amended, supplemented, or replaced legal normative documents.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, the Directors of Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration, and the Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
