THE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and Ministerial-Level Agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 10, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 990/QĐ-TTg dated October 30, 2002 of the Prime Minister regarding the establishment of the Fund for Supporting and Mobilizing the Overseas Vietnamese Community;
At the proposal of the Committee for Vietnamese Overseas and the Department of Organization and Cadres. Male abroad and the Organization - Cadre Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the "Regulation on the Organization and Operation of the Fund for Supporting and Mobilizing the Overseas Vietnamese Community."
Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3: The Chairperson of the Committee for Vietnamese Overseas, the Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Heads of the Department of Organization and Cadres, the Department of Administration and Finance, and the Director of the Fund for Supporting and Mobilizing the Overseas Vietnamese Community shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
