PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to Article 20 of the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2008/ND-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government Office;
Considering the proposal of the Minister and Head of the Government Office,

DECISION:

Article 1. The public service units under the Government Office include:

1. Hùng Vương Guesthouse No. 37.

2. International Conference Center.

3. National Convention Center.

4. La Thành Guesthouse.

5. Thống Nhất Conference Hall.

6. Tao Dan Guesthouse.

Article 2. The Minister and Head of the Government Office shall submit to the Prime Minister for decision on establishing new, renaming, merging, or dissolving public service units under the Government Office.

Article 3. The Minister and Head of the Government Office shall stipulate the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the public service units as provided in Article 1 of this Decision.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature; it abolishes Decision No. 170/1998/QD-TTg dated September 9, 1998 of the Prime Minister on public service units with revenue under the Government Office and previous regulations that are contrary to this Decision.

Article 5. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, and Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
