PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting dated June 29, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting dated November 22, 2013;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Public Security,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Plan for implementation and enforcement of the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the direct jurisdiction of the central government shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
