Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Ordinance on Plant Varieties No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Session XI;
Pursuant to Decision No. 89/2005/QD-BNN dated December 29, 2005 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the Issuance of the Regulation on the Management of Forestry Plant Varieties;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Forest Protection Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision: The List of Key Tree Species for Planting Production Forests and the List of Main Tree Species for Planting Forests According to Different Forest Ecosystem Regions.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the General Director of the Forestry General Department, the Head of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under the Central Government, and the Heads of Relevant Units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
