DECISION
Regarding the issuance of a plan to draft guiding documents for implementation,
enforcement of the Securities Law and progress in execution

CHAIRMAN OF THE STATE SECURITIES COMMISSION
Pursuant to Decision No. 161/2004/QD-TTg dated September 7, 2004 of the Prime Minister stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the State Securities Commission;
Pursuant to the Work Program for 2006 of the Ministry of Finance;
Based on the proposal of the Legal Department,Legal Department,
DECISION
Article 1. To issue with this Decision a Plan to draft guiding documents for implementation, enforcement of the Securities Law and progress in execution.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Head of the Legal Department and Heads of relevant units under the State Securities Commission are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
