APPROVING THE NATIONAL KEY PROMOTION PROGRAM FOR FOREIGN TRADE IN 2005

THE MINISTER OF TRADE

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Commerce;

Pursuant to Decision No. 104/2003/QD-BTM dated January 24, 2003 of the Minister of Trade promulgating the Regulations on the construction and management of national key trade promotion programs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 44/2005/QD-TTg dated March 2, 2005 of the Prime Minister approving the national key trade promotion programs for 2005;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Trade Promotion,

DECISION:

Article 1. Approves the national key trade promotion program for 2005 and the implementing agency according to the List and conditions set forth in Appendix 1 attached hereto.

Article 2. Permits the continuation of long-term projects that have been approved in previous years according to the List and conditions set forth in Appendix 2 attached hereto.

Article 3. Permits the transfer of the 2004 national key trade promotion projects to be implemented in 2005 according to the List and conditions set forth in Appendix 3 attached hereto.

Article 4. The implementing agency is responsible for carrying out the approved projects in accordance with the objectives, contents, schedules, ensuring effectiveness, and creating conditions for businesses of all economic sectors to participate in the approved projects and mobilizing business contributions in accordance with current regulations.

Article 5. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 6. The heads of the implementing agencies of the program and the Director of the Department of Trade Promotion under the Ministry of Trade are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
