Article 1. Supplementing members to the State Council for Academic Titles established pursuant to Decision No. 240/QĐ-TTg dated February 23, 2009 of the Prime Minister, including the following members:

1. Professor Dr. Tu Quang Hien, Director of Thai Nguyen University.

2. Professor Dr. Dang Ngoc Hai, Director of the Institute of Mechanics, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.

3. Professor Dr. Vo Xuan Minh, University of Pharmacy, Hanoi.

4. Professor Dr. Nguyen Xuan Quynh, Chairman of the Scientific and Training Council, Institute of Electronics - Informatics - Automation, Ministry of Industry and Trade.

5. Professor Dr. Vu Dung, Director of the Institute of Psychology, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central city administrations, Chairman of the State Council for Academic Titles, and the members named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
