FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF WORK IN ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONS AND PUBLIC SERVICE UNITS
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 111/2022/NĐ-CP DATED DECEMBER 30, 2022 ON CONTRACTS FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF WORK IN ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONS AND PUBLIC SERVICE UNITS;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2022/NĐ-CP dated September 12, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE BUREAU OF CIVIL SERVANTS AND CIVILIAN STAFF;
THE MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO PROVIDE GUIDELINES FOR SAMPLE SERVICE CONTRACTS AND SAMPLE LABOR CONTRACTS FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF WORK IN ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONS AND PUBLIC SERVICE UNITS.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE SAMPLE SERVICE CONTRACTS (ANNEX I) AND SAMPLE LABOR CONTRACTS (ANNEX II) FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF WORK IN ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONS AND PUBLIC SERVICE UNITS.
Article 2. Effective Date
THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JUNE 20, 2023.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
1. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF MINISTRIES EQUIVALENT TO MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND URBAN CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
2. In case of difficulties during implementation, please report to the Ministry of Home Affairs for consideration and resolution./.
