DECREE
DECREE NO. 50/2000/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 2000 ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MARKET TOWN OF LY DISTRICT PHU CU, HUNG YEN PROVINCE
ESTABLISHING THE MARKET TOWN TRAN CAO (DISTRICT CAPITAL OF PHU CU DISTRICT), HUNG YEN PROVINCE BASED ON THE ENTIRE AREA AND POPULATION OF TRAN CAO COMMUNE.
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HUNG YEN PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW, THE MARKET TOWN TRAN CAO OF PHU CU DISTRICT, HUNG YEN PROVINCE IS ESTABLISHED ON THE BASIS OF THE ENTIRE AREA AND POPULATION OF TRAN CAO COMMUNE.
THE MARKET TOWN TRAN CAO HAS AN AREA OF 472 HA AND A POPULATION OF 4,745.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF THE MARKET TOWN TRAN CAO ARE AS FOLLOWS: EAST ADJACENT TO QUANG HUNG COMMUNE; WEST ADJACENT TO DUONG DAO COMMUNE AND PHAN SAO NAM COMMUNE; SOUTH ADJACENT TO TONG PHAN COMMUNE AND DINH CAO COMMUNE; NORTH ADJACENT TO MINH TAN COMMUNE.
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HUNG YEN PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AUTHORITIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE.
