BASED ON DECREE NO. 74/CP OF NOVEMBER 1, 1995 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY;
On the basis of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 101/CP OF OCTOBER 23, 1997 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS;
BASED ON DECISION NO. 355/TTG OF MAY 28, 1997 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT'S OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW AND SYSTEMATIZATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS;
