the list of mechanical projects and products issued together with

Decision No. 67/2000/QD-BCN dated November 20, 2000 of the Ministry of Industry 

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY  

Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to Decision No. 67/2000/QD-BCN dated November 20, 2000 of the Ministry of Industry;

To implement the Prime Minister's opinion regarding the permission granted to the Ministry of Industry to add bolt products with a strength class of 8.8 or higher and nut products with a strength class of 9.0 or higher to the List of Mechanical Projects and Products issued together with Decision No. 67/2000/QD-BCN dated November 20, 2000 of the Ministry of Industry as stated in Circular No. 955/CP-CN dated October 23, 2001 of the Government Office;

Delegating the Management Boards of High-Tech Zones in provinces and centrally governed cities the authority to approve plans for importing finished products to combine with export products and to approve the liquidation of machinery, equipment, transportation means, materials, and raw materials of joint ventures, wholly foreign-owned enterprises, export processing enterprises, and contractual joint ventures under the management of the delegated authority.

DECISION:

Article 1. Add bolt products with a strength class of 8.8 or higher and nut products with a strength class of 9.0 or higher to the list of mechanical products eligible for investment incentives under Resolution No. 11/2000/NQ-CP dated July 31, 2000 of the Government, issued together with Decision No. 67/2000/QD-BCN dated November 20, 2000 of the Ministry of Industry;

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, and the General Directors and Directors of enterprises producing mechanical products shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
