Regarding the establishment of the Management Board for Industrial Zones in Dak Lak Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on industrial zones, export processing zones, and high-tech parks;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province at Document No. 2897/TT-UB dated November 20, 2002, and the Minister of Home Affairs at Document No. 562/TTr-BNV dated March 20, 2003,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Management Board for Industrial Zones in Dak Lak Province is established under the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province to manage industrial zones within the territory of Dak Lak Province.
The Management Board for Industrial Zones in Dak Lak Province shall perform tasks and powers related to managing industrial zones as stipulated in Article 27 of the Regulation on Industrial Zones, Export Processing Zones, and High-Tech Zones issued together with Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government. The Management Board for Industrial Zones in Dak Lak Province has legal personality, a bank account, and a seal bearing the national emblem. The staffing and operating budget of the Board are included in the state budget allocated to Dak Lak Province.
Article 2. The Management Board for Industrial Zones in Dak Lak Province shall have a Director appointed by the Prime Minister; several Deputy Directors and several Members appointed by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province.
The Management Board for Industrial Zones in Dak Lak Province shall have an organizational structure as provided for in Article 28 of Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province, and the Director of the Management Board for Industrial Zones in Dak Lak Province are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
