DECISION
Regarding the establishment of the Vietnam Water Resources Association based on separating the Water Resources Society from the Vietnam Construction Science and Technology Association (now the Vietnam Construction Federation)
MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102-SL/L004 dated May 20, 1957 regarding the right to establish Associations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 of the Government on organization, operation and management of Associations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government regarding functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Considering the proposal of the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Vietnam Water Resources Association, the Vietnam Construction Science and Technology Association, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations.
DECISION:
Article 1. To permit the establishment of the Vietnam Water Resources Association based on separating the Water Resources Society from the Vietnam Construction Science and Technology Association (now the Vietnam Construction Federation).
The Vietnam Water Resources Association shall finance its own operations and activities; be subject to state management by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; operate in accordance with the Statutes approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Chairman of the Vietnam Water Resources Association, the Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Federation and the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
