Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Quality of Goods dated December 24, 1999;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government on state management of product and good quality;

Article 1. Attached hereto is the "List of products and goods subject to quality inspection" for competent authorities to organize quality inspection of products and goods circulating in the domestic market and imported goods based on this List.

Article 2. Organizations and individuals producing, trading, importing products and goods listed in Article 1, state management agencies on quality, and technical organizations designated for quality inspection shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 3. The Ministry of Science and Technology shall take the lead and coordinate with relevant ministries to promptly implement Article 26 of Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP on state management of product and good quality to continue designating and submitting to the Prime Minister the supplementary list of technical organizations meeting the conditions to participate in quality inspection work, specify inspection methods, organize guidance and supervision of the implementation of this Decision.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 5. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
