REGARDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2007
BASED ON DECREE NO. 33/2005/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 15, 2005 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE;

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, and the Director of the Livestock Production Department;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 86/2003/NĐ-CP OF JULY 18, 2003 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY SERVICES AND THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT;
ANNEXED HERETO IS THE FOLLOWING:
DECISION:
Article 1. THE SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM FOR THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2007.
THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE STATE GAZETTE.
Article 2. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY SERVICES, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE VIETNAM ENGAGED IN THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE IN VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Animal Health Department, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals, both domestic and foreign, involved in the production, business operation, and use of vaccines, biological products, microorganisms, and chemicals for veterinary purposes in Vietnam shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
