ISSUING STANDARDS FOR DIRECTORS OF BRANCHES AND HEADS OF MARKET MANAGEMENT UNITS

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
WHEREAS, Decree No. 189/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 10/CP dated January 23, 1995 of the Government on the organization, tasks, and powers of market management units and Decree No. 27/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 13, 2008 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 10/CP dated January 23, 1995 of the Government;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO WITH THIS DECISION THE "STANDARDS FOR DIRECTORS OF BRANCHES AND HEADS OF MARKET MANAGEMENT UNITS"
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE MARKET MANAGEMENT AGENCY, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DIRECTORS OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE DEPARTMENTS, AND HEADS OF RELATED AUTHORITIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION./.
