REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP, JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE SEED PLANT ORDINANCE;
At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FIFTEEN DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT CULTIVATION DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND HEADS OF RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
