MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM

Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;

Considering Circular No. 505/UBND-VX dated January 29, 2008 of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province and the dossier of the relic;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.

DECISION:

Article 1. Classification of national cultural relics:

ARCHITECTURAL ART RELIC

DONG KHE PAGODA AND TEMPLE

DAN PHUONG COMMUNE, DAN PHUONG DISTRICT, HA TAY PROVINCE

The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the relic in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the relics within their respective functions and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Tay Province, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
