CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on acceptable risk levels

in quantitative risk assessment for oil and gas activities,

petroleum products, chemicals, and thermal power 

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2012, of the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations No. 68/2006/QH11 dated July 21, 2006;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection

The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular to issue National Technical Regulations on acceptable risk levels in quantitative risk assessment for oil and gas activities, petroleum products, chemicals, and thermal power.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the "National Technical Regulation on acceptable risk levels in quantitative risk assessment for oil and gas activities, petroleum products, chemicals, and thermal power."

Code: QCVN 11 : 2012/BCT.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 14, 2013.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial People's Committees, centrally governed municipalities, heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
