Issuing the English Familiarization Program for Kindergarten Children Test

Pursuant to: The Law on Education dated June 14, 2019;

Decree No. 123/2016/NĐ-CP dated September 1, 2016 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies; Pursuant to Decree No. 101/2020/NĐ-CP dated August 28, 2020 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 123/2016/NĐ-CP dated September 1, 2016 of the Government;

Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 21, 2018 of the Government stipulating responsibilities for state management in education;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Early Childhood Education;

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING issues this Circular with the attached English Familiarization Program for Kindergarten Children.

Article 1. The English Familiarization Program for Kindergarten Children is hereby issued together with this Circular.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 31, 2021.

Article 3. Chairpersons of People's Committees at all levels, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Heads of Educational Offices, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
