WHEREAS,pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government No. 63/2025/QH15;

WHEREAS,pursuant to the Law on Enactment of Legal Normative Documents No. 64/2025/QH15 amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15;

WHEREAS,pursuant to Decree No. 79/2025/ND-CP of the Government on Inspection, Review, Systematization, and Handling of Legal Normative Documents, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 187/2025/ND-CP;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Department of Ethnic Affairs and Religion Propaganda;at the proposal of the Minister of Justice;

THEPRIME MINISTER issues this Decision on the Regulation on Self-Inspection of Legal Normative Documents issued by the Government, the Prime Minister, or jointly issued.

Article 1.Attached hereto is the Regulation on Self-Inspection of Legal Normative Documents issued by the Government, the Prime Minister, or jointly issued.

Article 2.This Decision takes effect from February 20, 2026.

Article 3.The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and relevant agencies, organizations, units, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
