DECISION
Regarding the release of state rice reserves to implement the forest protection and development investment project in four highland karst counties of Ha Giang Province

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 119/QD-TTg dated January 20, 2009 of the Prime Minister approving the Forest Protection and Development Investment Project in four highland karst counties of Ha Giang Province for the period 2008-2015;
At the request of the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province in Circular No. 505/UBND-NLN dated February 25, 2010 of the General Director of the State Reserve Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. The State Reserve Administration shall release without charge 1,666.6 tons of rice from the state reserve to Ha Giang Province to implement the Forest Protection and Development Investment Project in four highland karst counties of Ha Giang Province for the period 2008-2015 (as part of the 2010 plan).
Article 2. The State Reserve Administration is responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province to promptly organize the delivery and receipt of rice at the county centers according to the provincial allocation plan.
The State Reserve Administration shall record the reduction of the state reserve capital for the aforementioned quantity of rice at the accounting price currently being tracked and report the final settlement of relief and support goods in accordance with regulations.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The General Director of the State Reserve Administration, the Director of the Ministry of Finance’s Budget Department, the Director of the Ministry of Finance’s Planning and Finance Department, the Director of the Price Management Department, and the Head of the Ministry of Finance’s Office are responsible for implementing this Decision.
