DECISION OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Regarding the issuance of the Rules on organization and operationof the Credit Information Center.

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated December 12, 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam dated June 17, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and Ministerial-Level Agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 10/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2002 of the Government on financial regulations applicable to public service units with revenue;
Pursuant to Decree No. 116/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 10, 2003 of the Government on recruitment, utilization, and management of officials and civil servants in state-owned public service units;
At the request of the Director of the Credit Information Center and the Head of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the "Rules on organization and operation of the Credit Information Center".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. Decision No. 162/1999/QĐ-NHNN dated May 8, 1999 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on the issuance of the Rules on organization and operation of the Credit Information Center and Decision No. 584/2002/QĐ-NHNN dated June 10, 2002 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on amending and supplementing the Rules on organization and operation of the Credit Information Center issued together with Decision No. 162/1999/QĐ-NHNN cease to be in force.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department, the Director of the Credit Information Center, and the Heads of relevant units under the State Bank of Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
