THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Based on the service pricing construction files and the Minutes of the review of the economic and technical consumption norms for implementing medical examination and treatment services;
In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance.
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing temporarily along with this Decision the economic and technical consumption norms for electricity, water, waste management, environmental sanitation, sterilization, maintenance and repair costs of equipment for some medical services.
Article 2. The temporarily issued norms accompanying this Decision serve as a basis for establishing and issuing service fees for medical examination and treatment. During implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, units and localities shall report to the Ministry of Health for consideration and adjustment as appropriate.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and issuance. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry; Directors of the Departments of Planning and Finance, Medical Equipment and Infrastructure, Legal Affairs; Directors of the General Department of Medical Examination and Treatment; and Heads of related units are responsible for its implementation./.
