REGARDING THE ISSUE OF A MODEL FOR THE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE CIRCULATION OF CHEMICALS AND PREPARATIONS FOR INSECTICIDE AND DISINFECTANT USE IN DOMESTIC AND HEALTHCARE AREAS

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to the Law on Health Protection for the People dated July 11, 1989;
Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/NĐ-CP of the Government dated May 15, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Decision No. 197/1998/QD-TTg dated October 10, 1998 of the Prime Minister assigning the Ministry of Health the responsibility for state management of chemicals and preparations for insecticide and disinfectant use in domestic and healthcare areas;
Pursuant to Decision No. 4351/2003/QD-BYT dated August 15, 2003 of the Minister of Health stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Preventive Medicine and HIV/AIDS Control Department;
At the proposal of the Director of the Preventive Medicine and HIV/AIDS Control Department - Ministry of Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. NOW ISSUES HEREBY ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION THE MODEL FOR THE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE CIRCULATION OF CHEMICALS AND PREPARATIONS FOR INSECTICIDE AND DISINFECTANT USE IN DOMESTIC AND HEALTHCARE AREAS.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 2727/1999/QD-BYT dated September 10, 1999 of the Minister of Health regarding the issuance of the Model Registration Certificate; the Model Certificate of Compliance with Production and Processing Standards; and the Model Business Operation Conditions Compliance Certificate for Chemicals and Preparations for Insecticide and Disinfectant Use in Domestic and Healthcare Areas.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Preventive Medicine and HIV/AIDS Control Department, Departments under the Ministry of Health; Director of the Vietnam Drug Administration; Director of the Food Safety and Control Department; Heads of units directly under the Ministry; Directors of Provincial Health Services, Directors of Preventive Medicine Centers of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
