BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 1100 NN-TCCB/QĐ DATED JULY 10, 1996 OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ON THE MERGER OF THE FOREST PRODUCTS EXCAVATION AND TRANSPORTATION ENTERPRISE 21 WITH THE WESTERN FORESTRY MECHANICAL FACTORY AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE WESTERN FOREST INDUSTRY COMPANY;

- CONSTRUCTING IRRIGATION WORKS: FIELD CANALS;
- CONSTRUCTING CIVIL STRUCTURES: CLASS IV HOUSES;
- CONSTRUCTING AGRICULTURAL AND FORESTRY SERVICE PROJECTS: CLEARING AND BUILDING FIELDS, NURSERIES, LEVELLING AND FILLING;
Article 2. - THE DIRECTOR OF THE WESTERN FOREST INDUSTRY COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REGISTERING THE SUPPLEMENTATION OF BUSINESS LINES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT REGULATIONS.
Article 3. - This decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of issuance.
