THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
- BASED ON Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
- BASED ON The Product Quality Law dated December 24, 1999;
- BASED ON Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 of the Government promulgating the Investment and Construction Management Regulation, and Decree No. 12/2000/NĐ-CP dated May 5, 2000 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Investment and Construction Management Regulation;
- BASED ON The Regulation on the establishment, examination, and issuance of industry standards attached to Decision No. 135/1999-QĐ-BNN-KHCN dated October 1, 1999;
- PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL of the Director of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department;

Article 1. NOW ISSUES the following industry standards:
1. 14TCN 118-2002: Components, contents, and volume of water conservancy investment project proposals.
2. 14TCN 119-2002: Components, contents, and volume of water conservancy construction project designs.
Article 2. These standards shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
