Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on the Resolution of the 9th Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Party, Term IX regarding some major guidelines, policies, and solutions to successfully implement the Resolution of the 9th National Congress of the Party;

Article 1. Attached hereto with this Decision is the Action Program of the Government to implement the Resolution of the 9th Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Party, Term IX regarding some major guidelines, policies, and solutions to successfully implement the Resolution of the 9th National Congress of the Party.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
