ISSUING REGULATIONS ON INSPECTION OF VIETNAMESE SEAGOING VESSELS

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to the Maritime Code of Vietnam dated June 14, 2005;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 34/2003/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2003 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MARINE INSPECTION AGENCY;
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE "REGULATIONS ON INSPECTION OF VIETNAMESE SEAGOING VESSELS".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from January 1, 2006.
Article 3. THE CHIEF OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S INSPECTORATE, THE HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, LEGAL AFFAIRS, TRANSPORT, ORGANIZATION AND STAFF, FINANCE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MARINE INSPECTION AGENCY, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS, AND THE HEADS OF THE AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED THERETO SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
