DECISION
Issuing the Supplemental List of Veterinary Medicines Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam Phase I 2007

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Division.
DECISION:
Article 1. ANNEXED HERETO IS THE FOLLOWING:
The Supplemental List of Veterinary Medicines Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam Phase I 2007.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Government.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Division, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside the country involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary medicines in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
