REGARDING THE RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES

Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
BASED ON THE HERITAGE LAW AND DECREE NO. 92/2002/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 11, 2002 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO PROVIDE DETAILED REGULATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE HERITAGE LAW;
CONSIDERING DOCUMENT NO. 505/UBND-VX OF JANUARY 29, 2008 FROM THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HA TAY PROVINCE AND THE HERITAGE SITE FILE;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1. RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES:
ARCHITECTURAL ART HERITAGE
NGOC KIEN PAGODA
COMMUNE CODONG, CITY OF SON TAY, HA TAY PROVINCE
THE PROTECTED AREA OF THE HERITAGE SITE IS DETERMINED ACCORDING TO THE MINUTES AND MAPS OF THE PROTECTED AREAS IN THE HERITAGE SITE FILE.
Article 2. THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT ALL LEVELS WHERE THE HERITAGE SITES LISTED IN ARTICLE 1 OF THIS DECISION ARE LOCATED SHALL PERFORM STATE MANAGEMENT OF THE HERITAGE SITES WITHIN THEIR DUTIES AND AUTHORITY AS PROVIDED BY LEGISLATION ON HERITAGE.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
ARTICLE 4.THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HA TAY PROVINCE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM OF HA TAY PROVINCE, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION./.
