NO. 51 OF JUNE 18, 1949
THE PRESIDENT
VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC
Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 organizing the Ministries;
Pursuant to Decree No. 35-SL dated March 15, 1947 organizing the Ministry of National Defense;
At the proposal of the Minister of National Defense and Chief Commander of the National Army and People's Militia of Vietnam;
By resolution of the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
The President appoints Mr. Nguyen Thuong, former Director of the Office of the Ministry of National Defense and Director of the Office of the Chief Commander of the National Army and People's Militia of Vietnam, to serve as Deputy Minister of National Defense.
Article 2
This Decree shall be implemented by the Minister of National Defense and Chief Commander of the National Army and People's Militia of Vietnam.
