CIRCULAR

Amend the subsidy level for state cadres, workers, and civil servants sent to attend short-term training courses lasting four months or less.

To align with current price levels and wages recalculated uniformly nationwide (Decision No. 147/HĐBT dated September 22, 1987 of the Council of Ministers), the Ministry of Finance amends the subsidy level for state cadres, workers, and civil servants attending short-term training and development courses lasting four months or less, as stipulated in Circular No. 21 TC/HCVX dated March 12, 1987, as follows:

1/ A subsidy of 100đ per day for courses held in cities and towns (new and old provincial capitals) and 60đ per day for courses held in rural areas, small towns, and towns (not being new or old provincial capitals).

2/ The above subsidy level shall take effect from October 1, 1987. Other provisions not mentioned in this circular but set forth in Circular No. 21 TC/HCVX dated March 12, 1987 remain in force./.
