REGARDING THE CORRECTION OF JOINT CIRCULAR NO. 14/2008/TTLT/BTC-BTNMT DATED JANUARY 31, 2008 ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the State Asset Management Agency,
DECISION:
Article 1. To correct errors in Joint Circular No. 14/2008/TTLT/BTC-BTNMT dated January 31, 2008 issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 84/2007/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2007 of the Government supplementing regulations on issuing land use rights certificates, recovering land, exercising land use rights, procedures and formalities for compensation, support, and resettlement when the State recovers land, and resolving complaints about land as follows:
1.1 At line number 2 from the bottom on page 1 (point 2.1 clause 2 Section I), it was printed: “2.1. From July 2, 2007 (the date Decree No. 84/2007/NĐ-CP took effect)...” “2.1. From July 1, 2007 (the date Decree No. 84/2007/NĐ-CP took effect)...”
"b) Sample No. 02: Decision Not to Allow Film Distribution." 1.2 At lines 11, 12, and 13 from the top on page 3
(point 1.2 clause 1 Section III), it was printed: "...
