At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Tasks of the Drafting Team.
Article 2. 1. Organize the drafting of the draft Circular to be submitted to the Minister for consideration and decision, ensuring quality, progress, and the procedure for drafting legal documents.
2. The head, deputy head, and members of the Drafting Team shall perform their tasks as prescribed in the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents 2008, Decree No. 24/2009/ND-CP dated March 5, 2009, and Circular No. 50/2013/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 19, 2013 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
3. Members of the Drafting Team shall work on a part-time basis. The Drafting Team shall dissolve itself after the Circular is issued.
The funding for drafting the draft Circular shall be implemented according to current regulations.
Article 3. 2. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Legal Department, Heads of relevant units, and members of the Drafting Team are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 4. Effectiveness and Responsibility for Implementation
1. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
2. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Legal Department, Heads of relevant units, and members of the Editorial Team are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
