DECREE NO. 52/2000/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2000 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT REGARDING THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF BAOLAC DISTRICT TO ESTABLISH BAOLAM DISTRICT IN CAOBANG PROVINCE
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF CAOBANG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW, THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF BAOLAC DISTRICT ARE ADJUSTED TO ESTABLISH BAOLAM DISTRICT IN CAOBANG PROVINCE AS FOLLOWS:
BAOLAM DISTRICT IS ESTABLISHED ON THE BASIS OF 90,249 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 44,333 POPULATION OF BAOLAC DISTRICT.
BAOLAM DISTRICT HAS 90,249 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 44,333 POPULATION; INCLUDING 10 SUBDIVISIONS WHICH ARE THE COMMUNES: DUCHANH, LYBON, VINHQUANG, VINHPHONG, NAMQUANG, TANVIET, QUANGLAM, MONGAN, THAIHOC, YENTHO.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF BAOLAM DISTRICT: EAST ADJACENT TO BAOLAC DISTRICT; WEST ADJACENT TO HAGIANG PROVINCE; SOUTH ADJACENT TO TUYENQUANG PROVINCE AND BACKAN PROVINCE; NORTH ADJACENT TO THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA AND HAGIANG PROVINCE.
AFTER THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES TO ESTABLISH BAOLAM DISTRICT, BAOLAC DISTRICT HAS 91,926 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 45,796 POPULATION; INCLUDING 14 SUBDIVISIONS WHICH ARE THE COMMUNES: XUANTRUONG, KHANHXUAN, COBA, THUONGHA, COCPANG, BAOTOAN, HONGTRI, PHANTHANH, HUNGDAO, HUYGIAP, DINHPHUNG, SONLO, HONGAN AND THE MARKET TOWN BAOLAC.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF CAOBANG PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AGENCIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
