Regarding the establishment of the Management Board for the Industrial Salt Economic Zone Project and Export Quán Thẻ, Ninh Thuận Province

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1111/QĐ-TTg dated November 30, 1999 of the Prime Minister approving the Industrial Salt Economic Zone Project and Export Quán Thẻ, Ninh Thuận Province;
Pursuant to the Investment and Construction Management Regulations issued together with Decree No. 52/CP dated July 8, 1999 of the Government and Circular No. 01/2000/TT-BXD dated March 1, 2000 of the Ministry of Construction guiding the forms of management and implementation of investment and construction projects;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Salt General Corporation at Proposal No. 04/TCTM-XDCB dated February 16, 2000 and the proposal of the Director of the Personnel and Cadres Department,

Article 1. - Establish the Management Board for the Industrial Salt Economic Zone Project and Export Quán Thẻ - Ninh Thuận.
The organizational structure of the project management board and the head of the project management board shall be decided by the investor.
Article 2. - The Management Board for the Industrial Salt Economic Zone Project and Export Quán Thẻ - Ninh Thuận is a unit under the investor, responsible for managing and implementing the project and specific investment projects according to the content of Decision No. 1111/QĐ-TTg dated November 30, 1999 of the Prime Minister.
The project management board is authorized to use its own seal and open an account at a bank in accordance with current regulations to ensure the performance of assigned tasks.
The headquarters of the Management Board for the Industrial Salt Economic Zone Project and Export Quán Thẻ - Ninh Thuận is located at 27 Tran Phu Street, Phan Rang City, Ninh Thuận Province.
Article 3- The specific tasks of the Management Board for the Industrial Salt Economic Zone Project and Export Quán Thẻ - Ninh Thuận shall be assigned by the investor and in accordance with current state regulations. In the short term, it must urgently develop specific projects in line with the content of Decision No. 1111/QĐ-TTg dated November 30, 1999 of the Prime Minister and submit them to the competent authority for approval, ensuring that the works have all necessary procedures for commencement of construction in 2000.
The Management Board for the Industrial Salt Economic Zone Project and Export Quán Thẻ - Ninh Thuận is responsible for registering its activities with the competent state agency and must be dissolved after the completion of the project.
Article 4. - This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 5. The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Personnel and Cadres Department, the Heads of relevant functional agencies under the Ministry, the Board of Directors, the General Director of the Salt General Corporation, and the Head of the Management Board for the Industrial Salt Economic Zone Project and Export Quán Thẻ - Ninh Thuận are responsible for implementing this decision.
