PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated June 21, 1994, and the Ordinance on specific tasks and powers of People's Councils and People's Committees at each level dated June 25, 1996;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on the Capital City of Hanoi dated December 28, 2000;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, the Minister of Construction, and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Department of Planning and Architecture under the People's Committee of Hanoi City based on restructuring the Office of Chief Architect of Hanoi City.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City shall specify the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Department of Planning and Architecture of Hanoi City.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, the Minister of Construction, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board of the Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
