Regarding the issuance of the List of teaching equipment for the National Defense Education subject in universities, colleges, vocational high schools, and general secondary schools
MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
At the request of the Director of the Department of National Defense Education,
DECISION:
Article 1. The List of teaching equipment for the National Defense Education subject in universities, colleges, vocational high schools, and general secondary schools is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of Planning and Finance, the Department of Higher Education and Postgraduate Education, the Department of Vocational Education, the Department of Secondary Education, and the Department of National Defense Education; Directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training; Principals of universities, colleges, vocational high schools, and general secondary schools are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
