THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 19, 2002 of the Government on the conversion of state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies;
Considering the proposal of the Youth Pioneer Plastic Company (Letter No. 43/BC-NTP dated June 14, 2004)
At the proposal of the Enterprise Reform and Development Board and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend the name of Vinapac Joint Stock Company in Article 2 of Decision No. 235/2003/QĐ-BCN dated December 26, 2003 of the Minister of Industry on the transfer of the Vinapac Packaging Factory under the Youth Pioneer Plastic Company to Vinapac Joint Stock Company as follows:
"Transfer the Vinapac Packaging Factory under the Youth Pioneer Plastic Company to Tienphong Packaging Joint Stock Company,
- International trade name: TIENPHONG PACKING JOINT STOCK COMPANY;
2. Certificate of establishment or decision on establishment of the organization (No...issued by the ministry, department, local government of...on...); TIFOPACK;
- Main office located at No. 2 An Da Street, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments and Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, Director of the Youth Pioneer Plastic Company, and Chairman of the Board of Management and Director of Tienphong Packaging Joint Stock Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
