REGARDING THE CANCELLATION OF THE EXPORT QUOTA FEE FOR TEXTILE AND GARMENT PRODUCTS EXPORTED TO THE UNITED STATES MARKET
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;
Following the opinion of the Ministry of Trade expressed in Circular No. 0695 TM/DM dated June 13, 2005;
At the request of the Director of the Tax Policy Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Cancel the export quota fee for textile and garment products exported to the United States market as stipulated in Decision No. 79/2004/QĐ-BTC dated October 11, 2004 of the Minister of Finance on the issuance of the schedule of fees for export quota charges for textile and garment products exported to the United States market.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. Exporters of textile and garment products subject to the export quota fee for textile and garment products exported to the United States market under Decision No. 79/2004/QĐ-BTC dated October 11, 2004 of the Minister of Finance, and units assigned by the Ministry of Trade to collect the fee, and relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
