Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to the Road Traffic Law dated June 29, 2001;
Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport.
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Industry Standard 22 TCN 211-06 "Flexible Pavement Surface - Requirements and Design Guidelines" is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 1293/KHKT dated June 29, 1993 of the Ministry of Transport issuing the Industry Standard 22 TCN 211-93 "Design Procedures for Flexible Pavement Surface".
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Science and Technology Department, the Vietnam Highway Administration, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport and Public Works, and the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
